How It Works
All Shipping is through USPS.
Shipping will be calculated based on the weight of products purchased. Items weighing 2 pounds or less will have a shipping fee of $8.00, items or combinations of items weighting more than 2 pounds but less than 3 pounds will have a shipping fee of $14.00, and items or combinations of items weighing more than 3 pounds will have a shipping fee of $21.00.
All items will be shipped First Class International. Please contact me for a shipping quote corresponding to your location.
*International customers: please be aware of your delivery procedures. Any additional fees accrued after the initial shipping are your responsibility. Please stay aware of the shipping time frame if you are required to pick up at a post office or collection point so as not to incur additional re-shipping costs.
All pieces are insured, but please make sure your shipping address is correct, as I will not cover the cost of re-shipping an item.
If you are local and do not need shipping, select In-Store Pickup at checkout, and email me to arrange a pick-up.
Finally, you may be wondering why your shipping cost seems more expensive than you had anticipated. I try to insure the safe and damage-free arrival of each item. Due to the packing materials required, the insurance coverage, and time it takes to prepare each order, an additional $5.00 handling fee is added to the standard shipping rate.
Returns & Refunds
How It Works
Please contact me if you have any questions or issues with your product. I will do my best to respond in a timely manner and help however I am able.
I gladly accept returns and cancellations; however, I will not make exchanges (due to the nature of online sales and inventory). I want you to be happy with your purchase, and your happiness brings me joy. Therefore,
Contact me within 7 days of delivery for a return; then,
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of a purchase to provide others the chance of purchasing during a product launch.
Items on Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Things to note:
I attempt to examine each piece before selling and make price reductions based on deformities or glaze malfunctions. Due to the nature of the products, there are never any guarantees in a firing. I am aware of individuals that are drawn to some of the unique qualities provided by these malfunctions, but I will not attempt to sell you a product that I am aware has defects or unsafe qualities that make it entirely unfit for use.
If your item is broken upon receipt, please contact me immediately within 3 days of delivery with proper documentation of its condition in the shipping material, and I will provide you a full refund. You can see the shipping policy regarding the care I take to see that this does not happen.
Should you choose to return an item for reasons outside of an error on my part, shipping costs will not be refunded. All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, and a product refund will only be issued once the piece arrives back at flourish in the original condition. Please safely pack the piece and provide adequate insurance so that we both have a peace of mind that it will arrive safely and a tracking number for its whereabouts. A refund will not be issued if the piece is returned to me in a broken state. I also cannot refund duties or taxes.
Please handle your product with care so it can last a lifetime. As with any breakable item, if dropped or hit on a hard surface, it can and most likely will break. Each piece is microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe; however, I recommend hand washing to extend the luster of the glaze and safeguard against damage incurred in the dishwasher. One final note: while it makes sense to let dirty dishes soak for a period of time, that is not the case with handmade pottery. One runs the risk of water seeping into the exposed clay while soaking which can then lead to cracks or a completely broken piece. I hope this helps insure the longevity of your new collectible!
